New season, new faces & some very big ideas!

We’re absolutely thrilled to be full steam into the 2025 camping season! A big (and slightly surprised) thank you to the Great British weather for being so kind to us thus far—well, minus a few days of drizzle, but we’ll let those slide. The campsite has been basking in glorious sunshine, and the atmosphere has been nothing short of magical. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the season brings!

A huge thank you to all of you who’ve joined us already this year. Whether you're one of our wonderful returnees or brand new to Pigs in Blankets, it’s been the greatest joy welcoming you. The Glamping Pods, the Campsite, our bar 'The Grain Shed' - it's been amazing to see all we have to offer being enjoyed by so many!

So, we said new faces...

There’s a very exciting new arrival at Will and Jess’s home... Charlie! Their gorgeous son Charlie arrived just a few weeks ago and is already the newest and by far the cutest member to the team. With Charlie being so undeniably delightful, and with the hope that Jess and Will can have the opportunity to be in the precious bubble of new family life lends itself to being part of the 'why' you may have noticed a new name dotted across the website, emails and at the end of the phone, I -Naomi - hi! have had the past few months getting my teeth into things behind the scenes and feel incredibly lucky to have joined this team. Will & Jess have poured their hearts into building Pigs in Blankets into the exceptional site it is today, and I’m so excited to join them for the next chapters. We have so many big ideas and plenty of exciting projects in the pipeline that we can’t wait to share with you. So keep an eye out for our blog posts so you can be the first to know what we have in store...

All I will say for now is... there may be a few new residents coming to Pigs in Blankets...

A project you may already know and love...

A sneak peek inside!

One that has been on site and developing bit by bit is our bar 'The Grain Shed'. A project we are very proud of, a disused grain silo that Will has transformed into what many are calling "Southwold's coolest bar". It honours the tones of Pigs in Blankets perfectly and the roots of the farm. With the help of Tom from 'You Drink' the opening of the bar last summer came with raving reviews and growing in popularity, the Grain Shed is now open Wednesday - Sunday throughout our season. The bar also now features a heated, undercover seated area.

Offering a curated selection of local draught beers, wines and cocktails, we are thrilled it's quickly becoming a favourite watering hole for our campers, and the public, so whether you are staying with us or just passing through, you're warmly welcomed to stop by and soak up the atmosphere. Keep an eye out for our 'Shed Sessions', where we host talented live singers to set the perfect soundtrack for sunny afternoons. As well as selected Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, where we're joined by a rotating line up of gourmet street food vans, is there a better combination to be had?
